“Jazz’d” is an all original instrumental jazz/fusion CD that has been well over a year in the making. For this project I enlisted the help of many long time friends including: Johan Hjord, Dick Cummings, and Bob Henninger.
Johan has been my musical partner for the last couple of years. We work exclusively online and his drumming has graced the majority of my projects since we began working together. Johan mixed and mastered this entire project and played drums and percussion on many of the tracks. He was also always there to offer moral support when I was about to pull my hair out. Dick Cummings has been a longtime friend who shared his amazing drumming ability on my tune ”Acid Smile”. Dick and I have been playing together for almost 20 years now and I greatly appreciate his help on this project.
Bob and I have been friends for many years. On this project I wanted something very special for artwork and design. I have admired Bob’s awesome work and knew he was the man for the job. I was so grateful that he agreed to lend his talents to this project. I really believe his artwork and design put this project over the top.
I am extremely proud of this CD and believe this is some of my best work to date. The help of the above mentioned people really made this a fun project and their talents turned this into something very special. I am extremely blessed to have been able to work with them.
