Over the last several years I have been enjoying the musical possibilities that live looping devices afford. These devices allow you to record live and play back parts instantly. This technology allows me to experiment and explore my love of improvised music with the greatest of ease.
All of the sounds you hear on this CD are an Alvarez acoustic guitar, and a Toca egg shaker for some added percussion sounds. My goal was to record a new loop a day. I didn’t hit that goal but I did manage to get these songs finished in about a month.
